Returns & refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of the transfer date on unfired firearms in their original packaging with everything that came in the box.

What we take back

• Unfired firearms, within 14 days of transfer
• Accessories and optics in unopened, resalable condition

What we cannot take back

• Firearms that have been fired, modified or refinished
• Opened ammunition and magazines, for safety reasons
• Items where a return transfer is not permitted under your state's law

Starting a return

Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason. We reply with instructions. Never ship a firearm back yourself — it has to move dealer to dealer.

Refunds

Once the item is back and inspected, we refund the original payment method. Card refunds usually land within a few business days. Transfer fees paid to your dealer are not refundable by us because your dealer collected them.

Wrong or faulty items

If the wrong model reaches your dealer, do not complete the transfer. Email us the same day and we fix it at our cost. Manufacturing faults are handled under the manufacturer's warranty, and we will help you open the claim.

Cancellations

Cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund. Email us as soon as you can, because orders move quickly once the dealer's licence is on file.
